    6 New Leather Technology Projects Identified By Experts

    "The application of negative ions in the environmental purification of shoes" makes full use of the characteristics of high activity of negative ions and strong oxidizing characteristics, which can destroy the cell membrane or protoplast active enzymes of bacteria, thereby causing bacteria to die, and can combine with the odorant molecules in shoes, react with chemicals, change the properties of odorant molecules, so as to achieve antibacterial, mildew proof and deodorizing purposes, and the key technologies reach the advanced level in China.


    "The application of nanoscale far-infrared heating materials in health shoes" makes full use of the characteristics of far-infrared materials, and carries out energy pmission and material interaction in the form of electromagnetic waves. According to the matching absorption theory, when the wavelength of radiation corresponds to the absorption wavelength of the irradiated object, the molecules of the body produce resonance absorption. The wavelength of human absorption of infrared rays is 8-15 micron m, which has the function of infrared health care and can improve the blood circulation of the feet, and the key technology reaches the advanced level in the country.


    The study of nano ceramic composite shoe milk makes full use of the small size effect, quantum effect and interface effect of ceramic powder materials and self-cleaning functional materials to achieve functional complementarity and synergy effect, so that the shoe milk can enhance the strength, waterproof, dust-proof and mildew proof functions of the paint film, and the key technology is at the leading level in China.


    "The development of environmentally-friendly desiccant" fully uses attapulgite minerals. After treatment, it has the characteristics of nanomaterials, has a large specific surface area and a certain degree of ion exchange, has unique adsorption capacity for water molecules and organic gases, and is high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, non-toxic, no pollution to the environment after abandonment, and the key technology reaches the leading level in China.


    The application of hydrophobicity synergistic hydrophobic / yellowing technology in footwear is fully applied to nano high surface area silicon oxide, miscible titanium oxide and Zinc Oxide composite phase, grafted and mixed with fluorocarbon resin based film forming agent, so that nanoparticles can be distributed in the system to produce synergistic effect. Nanoparticles produce electronic pitions under the action of light, reflecting ultraviolet absorption and absorption, achieving yellowing resistance to light polymer materials.
