Zhejiang Has Seized Counterfeit "UGG" Snow Boots &Nbsp; The Amount Involved Is 200 Thousand Yuan.

In the afternoon of December 16th, industrial and commercial law enforcement officers carried out a surprise inspection of a leather shoe factory in block 11 of the two phase of shoe city in Wenzhou, and seized the snow boots of the suspected infringement of "UGG" trademark, including 26 boxes and 624 pairs, and 4150 infringement Kraft shoe boxes.

"The means of infringement are becoming more and more hidden."

According to the preliminary investigation, a trademark with a rectangular cloth was attached to the heel of the suspected snow covered boots. The "UGG" and "Australia" were marked in the white yellowish English font which contrasts with the background color. On the both sides of the UGG, there is an English lowercase letter "m" and "Y". The color is basically similar to the background color and the shading pattern color.

The "mUGGy" and "Australia" printed on the front side of the Kraft carton with the shoes are basically consistent with the trademark, and the "m" and "Y" desalination are similar to the figure shades, highlighting the word "UGG".

According to the parties concerned, since the beginning of this year in November to the time of the incident, the factory has accumulated 4164 pairs of snow boots that are alleged to be infringed, of which 3540 have been sold to a customer in Shanghai, and the amount involved has reached 208200 yuan.
