According to the requirements of the mandatory national standards and corresponding product standards, the index of the pH value, cleanliness, filling and product identification of the down garments were tested. 20 batches of samples were taken, 9 batches were qualified, 11 batches were not qualified, and the pass rate was 45%.

Judging from the inspection results of down jacket, there are mainly filling filling and product identification indicators which do not meet the national mandatory standards, and 90.9% of them fail to meet the national mandatory standards. The amount of filling is directly related to the degree of thermal insulation of down garments, which is also the main factor determining the price of the down garments. The higher the filling is, the better the thermal performance of the down jacket is.

The thermal underwear tested mainly includes 6 batches of fiber content, pH value, color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to perspiration and product identification. 40 batches of samples were extracted, 10 batches were qualified, 30 batches were unqualified, and the pass rate was 25%; the fiber content was 62.5%, and the color fastness of rubbing fastness was 25%; the fiber content played a warm effect through blocking heat exchange between skin and outside, and the lower the fiber content of thermal underwear, the poorer the thermal performance.

In view of the quality problems existing in the winter clothing industry, the industry and Commerce Department has ordered the garment operators to sell products whose labeling indicators are not qualified and do not affect their normal use, and ordered them to make corrections within a specified time. The operators of clothing products that do not conform to the national mandatory standards or affect the normal use of the products are placed on record and investigated and ordered the disqualified clothing to be immediately off the shelves and withdraw from the market.

In addition, the commerce and Industry Department also reminded consumers to identify the quality of the down garments from the following six aspects.

Overflow is a product of reliable quality; three is touch: how to feel the handle carefully, if the handle is soft, the base can not be touched, and the quality is better. The four is pinching: the down garment with higher cashmere content, the greater the shrinkage, the better the quality; five is the test: to buy clothes must try it on, try it on to check the thermal insulation property of the down jacket, and only wear the down garment for about two minutes to feel the fever. Six is the smell: the down jacket with good quality should not smell the peculiar smell. If there is a distinct smell, it shows that the feather has not undergone strict process treatment and water washing and disinfection, and the quality is not good. First, look at whether there are any trademarks or factory names of the down garments, whether there are any certificates, quality grades and cashmere contents; two, it is to take a few shots with hands, if there is no dust.

At the same time, it is suggested that when consumers buy winter clothing, they should choose regular shopping centers to buy, buy some high quality and good quality clothing brands, and keep good consumer bills so as to better protect their legitimate rights and interests from infringement.
