However, 8.96% of the respondents indicated that they were the main factors to attract them to the end of the two options because of the strong support policies of the local government and the relatively high supporting level of the local clothing industry. 7.46% of the respondents said that because of their good geographical location and information, only 1.49% of the respondents indicated that the place of acceptance was relatively close to the original company headquarters and that the relocation was easy. This option can be seen that the low cost of the undertaking area is still the biggest highlight of attracting industrial pfer. Surprisingly, 72% of the respondents said they would close the pfer factories and find other places; 16% of the respondents said they would continue to open their factories in the local area, actively cooperate with the government, seek common ground while reserving differences, and strive to find ways conducive to the long-term development of the enterprises; 12% of the respondents said they were seeking joint countermeasures with other enterprises pferred to the local enterprises; and the last option, "maintaining the status quo and resigning to fate", did not agree with one of the respondents.
It can be seen that entrepreneurs also understand that if these gaps are more prominent and the performance deteriorates, you will not be able to receive satisfactory results in a short period of time.
That's why most of the respondents said they shut down the factories that had been pferred.
But such a move will inevitably consume the financial, human and material resources of the enterprise, and will not for a long time for the enterprise.

Finally, when asked about the impact of the pfer of clothing enterprises in the developed areas on the local economy and environment, 53.33% of respondents said that the pfer of enterprises in the past would bring pressure to the local garment enterprises; 12% of respondents said that the pfer of enterprises in the past would boost the overall local economy; 10.67% of the respondents said they would promote the overall development of the local clothing related industry chain; 9.34% of respondents said that they might bring a certain degree of pollution to the local environment; 9.33% of respondents said they would increase the employment rate of the local low-end labor force; 5.33% of the respondents said they had raised the visibility of the local cities. It seems that there are both advantages and disadvantages in the answer, and some people will agree with them. But the concrete situation is still the result of the joint efforts of the enterprises and the governments to win a win-win situation.
