At this stage, we should establish a committee system with the production and sales personnel as the members and the main leaders responsible for the operation as the chairman.

After establishing such a system, logistics becomes a part of production and sales itself.

Logistics departments only use logistics knowledge and logistics information to establish logistics system.

The sixth stage is the integration of production, sales and logistics.
