The R & D center of the Zhejiang group was jointly recognized by the five departments of the economic and Trade Commission of the Zhejiang province and the finance department as the provincial level.

The center has a designer team of nearly 100 people, and has won many awards at different levels of leather shoes design. In recent years, new products such as "easy step" and "bamboo charcoal series" have been attracted by the market and consumers.

However, with the continuous development of the market economy, various popular elements are out of line, and fashion consumption is changing rapidly.

Footwear, as a fashion consumer product, is becoming more and more popular, which poses new challenges to leather shoes designers.

In view of this, the group has further expanded its investment and strengthened the training of "future designers". It has recruited 22 people who graduated from leather shoes design specialty from second professional development talents.

According to Ms. Zhang Hualing, deputy director of the human resources department, the trainees will complete a year's workshop learning under the guidance of the group senior designer, and assign them to each department to lead the designer's dream gradually by special teachers.

On behalf of the group, Zhang Dapeng, vice president of the group, welcomed the arrival of the participants and encouraged them to study hard and become a qualified designer early.

Shi Zhengrong, a representative of research and development talent, introduced his own path of growth and learning. He encouraged the younger generation of students to study hard, lay a solid foundation and prepare for tomorrow.

Dan Zhimin, the president of the group, asked the students to be strict with themselves during the study period, and strive to make progress, and consult the teachers in the workshop with an open mind, and strive to learn every shoe making process, laying a solid foundation for themselves to embark on the designer's road.
