    I believe that the integration of CRM projects with other projects is mainly in the planning stage. The author has also been responsible for several CRM software integration projects with other software. As long as we can consider this problem in the early stage of planning, the difficulty of subsequent project integration will not be very great. Unfortunately, many enterprises have ignored it. It's a little late to consider the content of project integration after waiting for the CRM project. If the raw rice is cooked and cooked, and then it needs to be changed, enterprises will have to pay a higher price for both the difficulty and the cost.


    What does the enterprise need to pay attention to when planning the CRM project? I would like to talk about my views here, hoping to help everyone.

    First of all, when planning CRM projects, enterprises must determine what information management software they want to integrate. However, in order to truly integrate the system, it is also necessary for the system administrator to develop some intermediate tools to achieve communication between the two sides. Therefore, when CRM software is integrated with other information management projects, enterprises still have to pay a lot of price for it. Moreover, sometimes the price is still high.


    Therefore, enterprises have to choose when choosing software integrated with CRM projects. In general, software that can complement CRM software is still a handful. So far, I have been responsible for many information integration projects. The integration of CRM software is mainly designed to these contents.


    1, office automation system. Office automation system (OA) is an earlier information project adopted by enterprises. Most of the OA systems have Kanban management, mail system and other related services. CRM projects sometimes need these contents. If we re deploy this service in CRM software, it will be a bit of a waste. Therefore, if OA systems can be mutually beneficial with CRM projects in these areas, it will be an ideal state.


    2. Financial management software. Now financial management software can be said to be one of the most common application software of enterprise application, and also the origin of information management in China. If you want to improve the use of CRM projects, sometimes you can not do without the support of financial software. Because in the CRM software, there are two important elements. One is the credit limit management of customers, the two is the value analysis of customers. These two aspects need financial departments to provide relevant data. If you can not integrate effectively with financial software, all these data require manual input by users. In this case, the synchronization of data will be very poor, and the accuracy of data can hardly be guaranteed by manual input. Therefore, the integration of CRM project and financial management software is also what most enterprises want to achieve.


    In short, when planning CRM projects, enterprises need to consider clearly what information management software should be integrated into CRM software. As long as the needs of this area are taken into account in the project planning, we can complete the integration work of the information project in a logical way in the later work.


    The second step: consider the way of project integration.


    Integration of information projects has many ways. If we use independent middleware to integrate, or develop data exchange software according to the software interface, or we can synchronize data directly through the background database. Therefore, there are many ways to integrate information projects. In the next work, enterprise CRM project managers need to consider the characteristics of the software to be integrated, and choose the appropriate way of project integration. Then, this will become an important basis for subsequent CRM project selection.


    If we want to change the existing software, it will be more troublesome. Therefore, we have no choice but to ask for the second, so that the CRM software we will choose will support our project integration. In this way, when we integrate the project, we will get twice the result with half the effort.


    For example, I used to be a third party independent consultant of CRM project for an enterprise. From the early communication with customers, I find this customer wants to integrate their CRM software with the existing office automation system. They don't want the customer's situation to be re entered by the sales manager in the OA system. After understanding their needs, the author considers how to integrate CRM software and OA software effectively and conveniently. After careful consideration, the author thinks that it is convenient to integrate the two systems through data synchronization between databases. For this reason, when helping the enterprise to select CRM software, the author considers whether it supports multiple database systems, especially whether it supports the SQL Server database system adopted by OA software. If database integration is implemented through database synchronization, the integration of database systems will be much smaller if the database systems are consistent.


    It can be seen that if we confirm the way of project integration, we can provide the necessary reference for the selection of our subsequent CRM projects. If we want to achieve the integration of information projects through the interface of software, the CRM software we choose must choose the CRM software that provides more abundant interfaces. On the contrary, if we want to achieve project integration through middleware, the CRM software selected is best able to support the mainstream middleware system. Because if we want to develop a middleware for this purpose, it will be too expensive for an enterprise.


    Therefore, it is very necessary for us to consider the integration of projects in advance when we plan to integrate information projects well and quickly.


    The third step: distinguish the responsible person of project integration.


    Finally, when planning a project, an enterprise needs to consider who should complete the project integration work. This is based on the strength of the enterprise itself. If the enterprise has more achievements in IT, the enterprise can implement the project integration work by itself. On the contrary, if the enterprises feel that their information is insufficient, they will only rely on the third party.


    Generally speaking, project integration is mainly related to three parties.


    First, CRM software company is responsible for project integration. Because the former information management software has been implemented, if they are to be re responsible for the integration work of this project, they will not be willing to do so. For this reason, enterprises can now only hope that CRM software companies have not yet signed contracts with enterprises. Therefore, if an enterprise wants CRM software to complete the project integration work, the enterprise will need to finalize the project with the other party when the project is selected, so that the other side can carry out project integration work.


    The two is the independent third party. Sometimes, if the CRM software company itself does not have the capability or is unwilling to undertake the integration work of the project, the enterprise can only find professional project integration enterprises, and they are responsible for the integration work of the project. However, this may be the next policy. Because if the project integration work is handed over to the independent third party project integration enterprise, the enterprise has to pay more cost for it. Moreover, because it is not familiar with both software, its integration cycle and project integration effect may be difficult to guarantee. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the author still proposes to give this project integration to CRM software company.


    The three is enterprises themselves. Some enterprises have strong IT departments, so they can try to integrate their own projects. This advantage is that enterprises can adopt various flexible ways to integrate projects, and they can also integrate projects according to their needs step by step. Therefore, this way is relatively flexible for enterprises. The defect is that the IT strength of the enterprise is relatively high, and it often requires the support of business experts.


       In short, the three way is to have advantages and disadvantages, and enterprises need to weigh them according to their own situations. However, the author's suggestion is to let CRM software company complete the integration work in this area. This is probably the best policy.
