French Textile And Garment Market Stabilizes

The report said that sales of textile and clothing products increased by 11.2% in September, especially in large stores, and sales in mass markets increased by 7.1%. Other sales channels also showed good performance, private sales grew by 2.6%, and specialty stores increased by 1.5; while sales of large wholesale outlets dropped by 3.2%, and sales of domestic textiles were still weaker.

Sales of men's fashion increased by 4.4%, women's fashion increased by 3.3%, and women's shoes and underwear grew by 2.2%.

According to the French fashion Research Institute, the consumption of French fashion and textile products stabilized and rebounded from 1 to August this year. The sales value of products was fixed at a fixed exchange rate, with an average increase of 0.5%.
