    "Shengzhou tie Cup" 2010 National Silk clothing design competition

    In the end, Wei Jiemin from Shanghai Silk Group Co won the gold medal. Peng Yingying from Guangdong's Sili International Group Limited by Share Ltd and Li Zhenni from Shanxi Jieli silk Limited by Share Ltd won the silver award. The bronze medal was awarded by Chen Zhaote from Guangzhou industry and trade technician college, Chai Lin of Zhejiang Jiaxin silk and Ma Xuemei from Guangzhou Silk Textile University of Shandong province.

      


    In the finals, we also announced the best creative award, the best fabric Innovation Award, the best costumes collocation prize, the best craft manufacture award and the most market potential award five individual awards and five outstanding prizes.

      


    Give silk a cultural symbol.

      


    One of the most representative cultural symbols in China is ceramics and the other is silk.

    The design of silk power is an important link.

    The competition is based on silk as the medium, through the pioneering cooperation between the state level industry associations and local governments, to achieve two-way win-win for industrial development and urban construction.

      


    The theme of this competition is "New Silk Road", aiming at improving the design level and innovation ability of silk products in China, exploring and cultivating silk design talents, enhancing the influence of Chinese silk brands, and promoting the further development of China's cocoon and silk industry with the industrial agglomeration effect.

      


    Supported by the National Cocoon and silk coordination office, China Fashion Color Association, China Fashion Association and the international fashion color Committee, the national silk clothing design competition has invited famous domestic fashion designers, well-known professors in professional institutions, and timely and authoritative people in the silk industry to make a selection committee.

      


    Search for talents through competition

      


    The theme of the competition is "the new silk road of the city", which is the concept and assumption of the Silk Association's perfect combination of tradition and fashion of silk and the new fashion of urban silk.

      


    Yi Hui, President of China Silk Association, said: "China is a big country of cocoon and silk. The production and trade volume of cocoon and silk is the first in the world.

    However, our country is not a strong silk country, it can not lead the world silk trend and produce high-grade silk products.

    Among them, the backward design concept of silk products, the low level of design and the lack of design talents are the important factors that restrict China's pformation from "big silk country" to "strong silk country".

    This is exactly the intention of this contest -- excavating works and finding talents.

      


    In addition, the China Silk Association will continue to promote silk in various ways, enhance market visibility and influence, and reshape the new image of Chinese silk.

    At the same time, the association will pay more attention to technological innovation, apply the most advanced technology and technology to the production of new products, and form a group of new technologies and products that can drive the development of the industry, so as to cultivate and develop China's own silk brand and create an international silk brand.
