Entrepreneurship is pragmatic

Starting from Tsinghua University, the entrepreneurship competition has now moved to the whole country, and colleges and universities have organized various entrepreneurial competitions. Enterprises and media also engage in Competitions -- Speculation in competitions. For a time, "entrepreneurship" has become a hot topic. In Tsinghua, I feel a little overheated in the way of student entrepreneurship. Impetuosity and superficiality, eager for quick success and instant benefit and high aim are often concealed in the magnificent dress of "student entrepreneurship". I often hear people drop off to start a business, someone runs a company, someone has a very good idea to pull tens of millions or even 1 hundred million of venture capital. At this time, I always admire their courage and have some doubts and worries.

Yes, many of us have a very good Ideas, but not all good Ideas can be put into practice. All of them can get venture capital. China's current venture capital system is not yet complete. These venture investments can not easily throw you money away, let you spend it. Therefore, we need to have a pragmatic attitude and step out of every step, not on paper. We have done a lot of work in this respect. From the design and development of products, the development of the market and the straightening out of various relations, every step will lay a broader road for future development.

On the other hand, you must make the guests feel that you are doing things steadfastly, not at work. Boast 。 Only by gaining more customers' trust can we have the foundation of success. We have signed an agency agreement with foreign investors in many countries. They can help us open up larger foreign markets and feedback more valuable information from abroad.

Entrepreneurship requires time, place, and harmony.

Personally, I think students are not a very good starting group. Without resources, there are too few resources to control and too little knowledge of the society. Entrepreneurs are often dominated by passion and are too optimistic. I always have the desire to start a business, and there are many Ideas who think they are very good. However, it is hard to know all kinds of hardships and difficulties in entrepreneurship. Finally, they are mostly shelved, waiting for the further maturity of the conditions. and Between which The cost of time, the desolation of academic work, even the loss of credibility, and the unsuccessful pain of cooperation between partners are all likely to be paid. So accumulating social experience is a crucial step.

After all, doing business is different from school. Entrepreneurship should deal with all aspects of society, people and businesses. Without certain social experience and social network, the probability of success will be small. Because doing a good business is not independent. To be an enterprise is actually not you doing it alone, but a group of people doing it for you. You need more support and help. If you have good people, you can get twice the result with half the effort.

If the time is too early, you may have to do lots of dressing for others. When the time is too late, it is more difficult for an enterprise to get effective original accumulation and high profits. In addition, the product life cycle is also a more important link.

Start a business with a strong sense of time.

It is said that twenty-first Century is the era of information explosion, and all kinds of information update quickly, and many opportunities are fleeting. This requires us to have a strong sense of time. We can only describe a variety of things with a quick word.

Optical industry is a new industry, and there will be better room for development in the future. But the optical industry has a higher demand for technology and specialties, and the upgrading of products is also faster. For example, the 1 million 300 thousand pixel digital camera lens launched by our company last year will have mass demand this year, but next year there will be a 2 million 100 thousand pixel digital camera lens. It is estimated that the next year will probably produce 3 million pixels in batches. So these products are only about one year old. If there is no strong sense of time, it is very difficult to launch the product in time when there is mass demand in the market.

Entrepreneurship is a choice of life style.

Entrepreneurship means great investment, which means many other aspects of abandonment and sacrifice. We need to be fully prepared. We need careful thinking and rational judgement. Whether we can afford it or not, we need to think twice when we are bold and courageous.

Entrepreneurship requires a sense of risk.

Product development risk, market risk, capital return risk, supplier risk (which is also very important), do business, risk around you around, must always keep a clear head, take precautionary measures.
