The results of the questionnaire on the usage of the "Shui Fu Cup" loom were released recently.

In November 2nd, the organizer, the China Textile newspaper and the China Textile machinery and Equipment Industry Association jointly held the summary meeting of the questionnaire survey. Zhu Xianmin, vice chairman of the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, Liu Jiaqiang, Deputy Secretary General of the China Textile Machinery Industry Association, Zheng Jie Zheng Jie, deputy director general of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, Tong Zhiqi, editor in chief Xu Bo, vice president Xu Guoying, fully affirmed the questionnaire survey work, and will take a look at the future.

Upstream and downstream industries

The Association reached an agreement on in-depth cooperation with China's textile newspapers.

The "Shui Fu Cup" loom usage survey was launched in May 26th this year with the support of Shaoxing Shui Fu textile equipment company and Lanxi Textile Industry Association of Zhejiang province.

During the event, the organizers returned 60 valid questionnaires. The samples taken from the questionnaires were from large textile enterprises in developed provinces and regions of Henan, Shandong, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Hubei, Anhui, Guangdong and other textile industries. The sample samples reflect the current situation and suggestions on the use of domestic looms in domestic weaving enterprises.

Zhu Xianmin, deputy director general of China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, pointed out that the results of the questionnaire survey further verified the industry's basic judgement on the current situation of domestic looms, and provided valuable data reference materials for the "12th Five-Year plan" of the textile machinery industry.

From the perspective of the questionnaire, the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association will continue to improve the reliability of domestic equipment as an important goal of development.

As one of the designers of this questionnaire, Liu Jiaqiang, Deputy Secretary General of the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, thinks that the loom survey results reflect the changes in the loom industry pattern and contribute to the changes in the loom industry.

Loom enterprise

To understand the views of downstream users, looms enterprises should jump out of the mindset of cost competition, and promote the development of enterprises and technological progress by sophisticated manufacturing strategies.

Zheng Jiewen, Deputy Secretary General of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, represents the downstream user enterprise of weaving machine. It suggests that the next survey should further subdivide and adjust the content according to the concerns of downstream enterprises.

She said that the current cotton textile enterprises are more concerned about the speed and efficiency of looms.

Loom equipment

A balance between yield and efficiency can be found.

Referring to the significance of the survey, Tong Zhiqi, President of China Textile newspaper, said that the pformation and upgrading of China's textile industry is, in the final analysis, the adjustment and revitalization of the equipment.

The results of questionnaire survey show that the domestic looms have broad market space and should actively adapt and lead the structural adjustment of the textile industry.

At the same time, she believes that the joint research mode between the mainstream media and the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association has strong demonstration significance: the users of textile machinery are also the readers of China textile daily, and the high degree of unity between users and readers makes the survey both commercial and oriented.

The cooperation between China Textile newspapers and textile machinery, textile upstream and downstream industry associations and enterprises can be further deeped, and innovation has been made in content, form, in-depth development of survey data and multiple utilization.

In the future, China Textile newspaper will take more actions in helping textile machinery enterprises to make scientific and technological progress and brand promotion, so as to promote the sustainable development of textile and textile machinery industry.
