Xu Wenyi: there are many reasons. But I think the most important point is that we have chosen the road which is different from the traditional textile mode, and have achieved the difficulty that ordinary textile enterprises can not achieve.

Xu Wenyi: in the 90s of last century, the development and breakthrough of textile auxiliaries were not taken seriously in China, which was regarded as "industrial MSG".

Since the twentieth Century, although the understanding has improved, the gap between the overall situation and the international level is larger.

In developed countries, the proportion of auxiliaries in dyestuff reached 20%, but only 3% to 4% in China.

On the basis of fully studying the market, Beijing sinorex Haitian dyeing and Weaving Technology Co., Ltd., invested by China Textile asset management center and Beijing Guanghua Textile Group Co., Ltd. was established.

At the beginning of its establishment, the company aimed at high-end wool textile auxiliaries, especially cashmere finishing auxiliaries, and developed a variety of silicone softeners series of fluffy, smooth and comfortable using self developed technology.

It has been successfully applied in Nanshan Group, Erdos Cashmere Group and deer King Cashmere Group, and has improved the grade and added value of textiles.

At present, the market share of cashmere softener has reached over 50% of the whole country.

Facts have proved that textile auxiliaries, which are still not valued by some enterprises, can make important contributions in shortening the textile process, energy saving and environmental protection.

For example, we developed the special fabric auxiliaries for leather substrates, which reduced the traditional 10 raising process to 3, and did not affect the product results. The company's independent research on environment-friendly reactive dyes and dyestuff post-processing auxiliaries can replace the traditional technology of soaping agents and fixing agents, shorten the process of industrial processes, save energy and reduce emissions.

What is the reason why the company turns its attention to spandex?

Xu Wenyi: chemical fiber is an important raw material in the textile industry.

We consider that if we choose the polyester fiber industry of chemical fiber backbone industry, the rate of domestically produced auxiliaries is relatively high, and the competition is fierce.

According to the outline of the 11th Five-Year development plan of China's textile industry, after several deliberations, I decided to develop spandex spinning agent and high performance fiber oil agent such as aramid fiber and carbon fiber.

At that time, 95% of spandex oil was imported from Japan, and the price was up to 80 thousand yuan / ton.

We reviewed the situation and abandoned the synthetic links. We directly adopted the products of the international chemical giant, Wacker, Germany as raw materials, and independently researched and developed compound technology.

With the painstaking efforts of the technical personnel of the company, the spandex spinning agent with core technology in 2007 was awarded the three prize of science and technology progress of the textile industry association.

With the development of technology, through the active application of Huafeng spandex, Huahai spandex and other enterprises, the industrialization promotion of spandex oil is fruitful.

By the end of 2009, spandex oil had been replaced by 20% of the imported oil additives market. This year, the market share is expected to exceed 30%, and the "12th Five-Year" period will reach 80%.

In breaking the Japanese monopoly, Japan had to substantially reduce the export price of spandex oil and reduce the cost of domestic enterprises.

Reporter: you just mentioned giving up the synthetic link only to make the compound. What is the consideration?

Xu Wenyi: we also hesitated, because at the beginning of the synthesis, many auxiliaries of R & D units chose the path, but this road is very long and large investment, which is not conducive to accelerating the popularization and application of the downstream.

Moreover, blending is also a technology, just like cooking dishes, all kinds of ingredients, seasoning and matching.

Finally, in line with the principle of maximizing resource utilization, we cooperate with Wacker company to make full use of the raw materials and advanced technology that conform to the EU ecological standards, and develop textile auxiliaries through self mixing technology. At present, this is wise.

In the process of continuous cooperation with all sides, I deeply realized that the highest level of cooperation is to integrate competitors, which can effectively avoid waste of resources and vicious competition.

This can be extended to many industries and many cases.

Reporter: as an international metropolis, Beijing is more binding in terms of resources, energy and environment. The traditional textile manufacturing industry has gradually withdrawn from Beijing. Is there any sense of urgency in China spinning Haitian?

Xu Wenyi: we have always advocated the development of textile enterprises that are suitable for the characteristics of the capital.

Beijing has many advantages, such as information, talent, technology and so on. It also has more stringent requirements on energy saving and environmental protection.

Combined with these characteristics, China Textile and Haitian established a dumbbell management mode.

We have concentrated on R & D and marketing in Beijing, commissioned production processes, and gradually built up production bases in line with local development in the field.

At present, the completion of the Yantai Sino textile Rui Ze chemical products Co., Ltd. embodies this layout concept.

Moreover, we conformed to the development trend of the industry and set up a green development mode at the beginning of the establishment. We cooperate with them on the basis of acting on the ecological raw materials of famous international companies, and independently develop high value-added products with intellectual property rights, and ensure cleaner production and use of safety and environmental protection.

Reporter: "11th Five-Year" is about to end. How can China spinning Haitian achieve another success in 12th Five-Year?

Xu Wenyi: Based on the capital development concept of "humanistic Beijing, technology Beijing and green Beijing", we will continue to adhere to the "humanistic management, technological innovation and green operation", and rely on talents to support the development of high-tech textile products with high added value.

We formulated the product innovation strategy during the "12th Five-Year" period, including the development of high performance special fiber spinning agent, gradually improving the properties of spandex, aramid and carbon fiber oil additives, and developing related auxiliaries. R & D functional finishing auxiliaries, expanding the application scope of products in the cashmere, cotton spinning, leather and other markets, giving the textile functional properties, improving product quality and added value; developing silicone silicone rubber coatings in the textile field, including coating of high-grade textile fabric silicone, locomotive windshield cloth and other industrial textile coatings; developing new textile auxiliaries mainly replacing traditional printing and dyeing technology, insisting on low carbon economy oriented, and devotes to developing resource saving and environment-friendly textile dyeing auxiliaries.
