How To Locate Children'S Clothing Store?

Children's clothing shop is nothing more than the three aspects of store rent, purchase and staff salaries. The price of children's clothing is not very high. Especially in the urban areas of the coastal developed cities, most of the store rentals are very high. We have done several years in the children's wear industry. Many failed to do the children's clothes shop. The reason for the closure is that the rent is high. Therefore, when looking for a store, it is impossible to see a good storefront and become a slave of the landlord.
Before, there were some ideas in the children's clothing chain. My first store was on Xiahe, and Xiahe was one of the main roads that run through Xiamen. If I could drive across the Xiahe Road, my children's wear chain could really spread across Xiamen, and the influence could be very huge.
So when I first started looking for storefront, I put my vision on Xiahe road.
For several days, I saw many storefront shops on Xiahe Road, because my shop was in the west side of the road, near the ferry, so I planned to go to the railway station of Xiahe Road, but the shop looked super expensive.
First of all, the store on the main road is expensive. I was surprised to find that there was hardly any children's clothing store on Xiahe road except the old shop in Xiahe road. The main road's storefront area is large and the rent is high. Children's clothing is a small profit industry. Unlike men's wear and women's clothing, it can be highly profitable retail, so it's very difficult to run on the main road without a lot of amount.
