    1 theme content and scope of application

    The test method for the strength of the heel and back side of leather shoes is specified.


    This standard applies to the heels of the heel and back bond (nailed) shoes, and is not suitable for the sole forming shoes with the following heel and outsole.


    2 Principle


    This method is based on the shoes and shoes on the special fixture. The tensile test machine is used to stretch the heel and the back of the shoe to the maximum load at a certain speed.


    3 sample


    3.1 the sample is made of 48h shoes.

    There should be no obvious defects in the test area, and no heel, crush or deformation should be followed.


    3.2 the bottom and rear heels are glued to the front and rear heels and shoes. Separate the bottom and heels before the test.


    3.3 30min must be placed at room temperature before testing.


    3.4 each sample should not be less than two pairs (the same batch of products).


    4 test equipment


    4.1 tensile testing machine.


    4.2 the special fixture for pulling and pulling is made up of two parts: clamping the heel clamp and clamping fixture for shoes (as shown).


    5 test conditions


    5.1 the tensile test speed of the tensile tester is 25mm/min.


    5.2 the ambient temperature is ambient temperature.


    6 test procedure


    6.1 install the pull and special fixture on the tensile testing machine. The clamp is installed on the upper jaw joint connecting rod, and the shoe fixture is installed on the lower jaw interface.


    6.2 adjust the tension tester pointer to zero.


    6.3 slide up the heel of the sample and clamp it on the shoe fixture.


    6.4 adjust the position of the shoe fixture so that the heel surface is visually measured. The heel is in the direction of the force of the tensile tester and the clamp is used to clamp the heel.


    6.5 boot and stretch until the heel is separated from the back and record the maximum load.


    6.6 if only the bonding strength is measured, stop immediately when the load reaches the product standard value, and check whether the heel is separated at 15~20s.


    7 test results


    7.1 the maximum load required for separating the heel and the back of the shoe represents the test result and is accurate to 5N.


    7.2 the test results for each shoe are indicated separately.


    7.3 the test result of any shoe in the sample is not up to the standard of the product standard, and the sample is not qualified.


    8 test report


    8.1 indicate that the tests are carried out according to this standard.


    8.2 sample number, name, specification, brand, production plant, heel height, heel material, shoe heel assembly form (adhesion or nailing).
