The expert committee is composed of 15 senior technical and financial experts from the Chinese Academy of engineering, Ji Guobiao and Sun Jinliang, as well as from China Textile Industry Association, domestic universities and textile enterprises.

The expert group listened carefully and reviewed the feasibility study report and the project budget proposal of the project group. The project was closely related to the "national medium and long term plan for science and technology development (2006~2020)" and "textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan", aiming at upgrading the demand of chemical fiber industry, easing the contradiction between supply and demand of cotton, and effectively utilizing excess polyester production capacity. It has important strategic significance for speeding up the adjustment of product structure and upgrading of industrial technology in China's textile industry. The overall target of the project is accurate, the overall technical line and subject setting are reasonable, the index is accurate, the assessment plan is accurate, the implementation plan is feasible, the budget is reasonable, and the application and technological competitiveness analysis is expected to be authentic and credible.

The demonstration experts agreed to adopt the feasibility demonstration of the project, and proposed to start the implementation as soon as possible.

The project is organized by the chemical fiber industry technology innovation strategy alliance. As a project integration unit, the Chinese Academy of textile science and technology, a total of 20 scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises from the whole process of raw material development, spinning, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing and fabric development, will participate in the research, development and industrialization of the project.
