The report shows that in the third quarter of 2010, the consumer confidence index reached 109.8, higher than the 102.1 in the second quarter and 105.5 in the same period last year. The business confidence index was 113, slightly lower than the 114 in the second quarter, up from 101 in the same period last year.
At the same time, it is believed that the economy will continue to decline, accounting for 38%, down 11 percentage points from the beginning of 2010, and the lowest rate in the past two years.
