4) When signing a contract with a customer, you need to sign a contract with the customer in the name of the foreign trade company you are affiliated with (the foreign trade company is the first responsible person), and you should sign relevant contracts with the foreign trade company according to the contract.
5) When a customer opens a letter of credit according to the contract (or deals in other ways), the safety and reliability of the business must be taken into account, and the interests of the customer must also be taken into account, because this kind of business is "trust two parties with one hand", and no one can get rid of the relationship if any loss occurs. 8) After the goods arrive at the port, we will help the guests to solve the problems that may arise, and provide reasonable documents and certificates required by the guests in a timely manner (some products will require some additional documents and certificates when clearing customs) or certificates.
9) Follow up the payment status of the guests, and communicate with the foreign trade company in a timely manner.
10) When the payment is received, collect it from the foreign company.
11) Remember "when problems occur during operation, communicate with customers/foreign trade companies in a timely manner, find ways to solve problems, and never avoid problems"
However, if you contact the processing factory directly, all conditions can be negotiated with the customer by the processing factory (your representative). Finally, it is much easier for the customer to issue a letter of credit to the processing factory through an agent of a foreign trade company.
