It is reported that Jiangxi Guan Sheng Footwear Company, founded in October 2007, is a sole proprietorship established by Mr. Lu Junming, a Taiwanese businessman, with a total investment of 50 million US dollars, covering an area of 511 mu, mainly producing and processing all kinds of high grade skiing, leather waterproof shoes, working shoes, mountaineering shoes, iron shoes, gentleman shoes, casual shoes, boots and world famous brand BURTON.

Jiangxi Guan Sheng Footwear Company official told reporters that the company is mainly labor-intensive industries, currently employs about 2500 people, basically local farmers and migrant workers who are affected by the financial crisis. They work in factories during the day and return home as usual at night, with a per capita wage of 1200 yuan per month.
