Deng Youman pointed out: "with the vigorous development of the exhibition industry, there are more and more intellectual property disputes on the exhibition, and the task of intellectual property protection in exhibitions is becoming increasingly heavy.

Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights is an important part of maintaining the market order of the exhibition industry, and also an important measure to promote the development of Guangzhou's Convention and exhibition industry towards internationalization and branding.

Guangzhou is now known as "the three largest exhibition city in China" with Beijing and Shanghai.

Guangzhou Intellectual Property Office said, "Guangzhou has strengthened the intellectual property protection of exhibitions from various aspects.

We should improve the exhibition legislation, standardize the intellectual property protection of exhibitions, strengthen the law enforcement of exhibitions, create the gold lettered signboard of intellectual property rights protection, strengthen publicity and training, and popularize the intellectual property protection system of exhibitions.

Deng Youman stressed that "next step, Guangzhou will focus on the goal of building international business convention and Exhibition Center, further strengthen the intellectual property protection of exhibitions, improve the awareness of intellectual property rights protection of exhibition organizers and participating enterprises, improve the level of law enforcement, and pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights of Guangzhou exhibition, and promote the development of Guangzhou Convention and exhibition economy."
