The Trademark Licensing System Has Been Implemented In Beijing'S Clothing Market.

In September 1st, the Green Xin home building materials market became the thirty-eighth market in Beijing to implement the trademark authorized operation system.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Bureau of industry and commerce, the purpose of "trademark authorization management system" is to purify the channels of commodity purchase and to strengthen the protection of the special rights of registered trademarks.

At present, there are 16 building materials markets, 9 electronic markets, and 13 houses in the 38 markets.

It is understood that the "trademark authorized operation system" was published in 2006, the system stipulates that all market traders must sign the "site lease contract" with the market and provide the market with the qualification and commodity inspection report of the manufacturer or supplier or agent of the merchant in the market.

The qualifications provided include authorization, business license, tax registration certificate, legal person code certificate, national industrial production license, 3C certificate, import product declaration form, and copy of property insurance policy.

In addition, the system also requires that the authorisation, qualification and inspection copy of the manufacturer or supplier or agent provided by the merchant must be stamped with the red letter of the enterprise to ensure the authenticity and seriousness of the power of attorney, enterprise qualification and commodity inspection report.
