Spot checks of eggs produced by Hubei were 100% qualified, but the clothing pass rate of Hubei was only 49%.

In 2009, the provincial quality supervision department inspected and inspected 58 kinds of products, including food, beverage, fertilizer and building materials, and sampled 6298 batches of qualified products, 4807 batches of qualified products. The overall pass rate was 76%, which was 12 percentage points lower than that in 2008.

Zhou Dewen, deputy director of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, explained that the reason for the decline was the increase of spot checks on small and medium enterprises, which accounted for more than 9 of the inspection. In the past, a balanced sampling was conducted for large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. In last year's national supervision and spot checks, the pass rate of products in our province was still as high as 85%.

In addition, some industries in our province were affected by the financial crisis and quality management declined.

The overall pass rate of the food and beverage industry in our province reached 78%, and the qualified rate of products such as egg products, edible oil and dairy products reached 9 or more. Besides, the quality of building materials industry and hazardous chemicals was relatively stable, and the qualified rate of cement was as high as 97%, but spot checks were made.

In the second half of last year, a total of 44 households were surveyed.
