Wang Jianxin was born in a peasant family in Jishan county.
In the summer of 1991, from Shanxi Institute of Finance and Economics

The business journey lasted for one and a half years.
After the Spring Festival in 1993, the company's business declined rapidly, and many colleagues left the company one after another.
But Wang Jianxin did not. Wang Jianxin chose to stay and tide over the difficulties with his boss.
This stay is 5 years.
Borrowing is the first single business.
Wang Jianxin said, actually, the boss was good at himself, although the company's business was bad, but the salary did not drop one point.
But after the family pressure, Wang Jianxin became puzzled again.
Thinking again and again, in the spring of 1998, he left the company.
Later, it was introduced by friends for half a year.
Although some business has been handled independently, due to lack of experience and introversion, it has not made much progress.
In a few months, he lost his job again.
Finally, with his friends' sincere invitation and financial embarrassment, he finally stepped into his friend's company.
But only a year later, because of a single business, Wang Jianxin left the company that made him confident and mature.
From then on, in his heart of hearts, he always felt that he was in training.
On the eve of the Spring Festival of 1999, Wang Jianxin got a business with 20 fax machines through his friends.
It was already the twelfth nine month of the twelfth lunar month. It was impossible to supply before the festival.
After the Spring Festival in 1999, he went to work at 71 in the first month of the Spring Festival. He consulted with his boss to pick up the goods in Beijing. But when it was time to withdraw the money, the boss decided not to do the single business when the risk was not reached, which made Wang Jianxin ride the tiger.
On the other hand, it is a promise for a friend to add a customer to the customer. It is "8 days before the arrival of the goods," and the other is friends and boss who decide not to do so.
When he was in a hurry, he made a move against his friend and boss.
But no money, two no supply relationship, customers want to tight delivery time, which makes Wang Jianxin helpless.
When he was in a hurry, Wang Jianxin thought of two people.
One is Wang Fenghua, the business manager of the data company. When she heard about Wang Jianxin, she agreed to come to contact credit.
But we must pay 10 thousand yuan in advance and pay the goods in full after arrival.
The other was Chen Shihong, who was known as Wen Yi as the general manager. After hearing the reason, Chen Shihong agreed without hesitation. He raised 10 thousand yuan for Wang Jianxin at that time.
When the deposit was paid, it was already afternoon, and Wang Jianxin was looking for friends and relatives to lend enough money to the rest.
At 12:30 in the evening, the fax machine was sent to Taiyuan.
After the money was cleared, Wang Fenghua personally drove the fax machine to the railway station. Wang Jianxin bought the station ticket overnight and started to deliver the goods to the customer at the beginning of eight and 7 o'clock.
Step out of the first step of entrepreneurship
In March 26, 1999, Wang Jianxin raised funds to register the Taiyuan friends help office matching limited company.
After the registration, the company has only 25 thousand yuan of current capital, paying rent, store decoration and goods. It has more than 6000 yuan.
At this time, there are only one commodity in each storefront, but it is all old.
On the day of the opening ceremony, Wang Fenghua and other friends came to congratulate him, but Wang Jianxin's heart was not comfortable with his congratulations on the sparse samples and friends.

From 2001 to 2005, Wang Jianxin lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
At the end of last year, when he took part in the training of enterprise management, he summed up the company's current situation in 8 words: "all without specialization, and mixed and not smooth".
Since this year, he has begun to straighten out the product idea, and put the product into six categories, such as office supplies, daily necessities, gifts, IT consumables, printing signs and small homes, and adhere to the existing principles of development - with the present business scope as a heart, to draw the concentric circle and gradually expand.
"The failure to expand business in the industry can also be forgiven. The failure to expand operations across industries must not be forgiven."
Wang Jianxin said.
Talking about the future plan, Wang Jianxin said, first, he must take part in training and continue to learn advanced studies; second, hire professionals to join company management; third, plan corporate culture and so on.
He said to reporters: "we have established the action motto that we do not do things in a small way but do not do things in a small way.
There are many factors for success in starting a business, but character, ability and perseverance are more important.
