    The PZK500 air-jet loom control system developed by Changling spinning and weaving machine has the functions of powerful control, wide adaptability of fabric varieties, rich weaving information and rich management information.     The control system of the PZK500 air-jet loom is controlled by the relative independent control unit according to the five major movements of air-jet looms.

    For each loom of the air-jet loom spindle, looms should complete five movements: opening, weft insertion, beating up, let off and take-up. At the same time, auxiliary actions such as weft selection, weft selection and weft cutting should be completed. There is a strict synchronization between these looms.

    All the timing information of the PZK500 air-jet loom control system is from the output angle signal installed on the spindle photoelectric encoder, and the timing information of each unit is given through the weft insertion color selection control unit, and the corresponding information is completed in the time specified by each unit.


    Control action.

    The man-machine interface sets control data, and is pmitted to the slave computer through RS-485 communication line: weft insertion and color selection control unit, let off control unit, coiling control unit and action control unit.

    These control data specify the control target, step distance and adjustment range of the four units respectively.

    The units that are not in the communication network, such as the weft detection unit and the filling length control unit, have their own data set and receive the handshake control information of other units.

    Some control data are automatically generated by the man-machine interface unit according to the collected information and experience algorithm, and pmitted to each unit through the communication line or the state signal line.

    According to the input information, output action control information, state indication and the logic between these signals, the action control unit completes the detection and judgement of the fault location, and sends out the control instructions.


    The control system of PZK500 air-jet loom adopts FPGA control solenoid valve to open regularly to ensure the repetition of weft insertion at high speed.

    During the weft insertion process, the system collects the angle of weft arrival in real time, and then compares it with the target. After PID operation, the opening and closing angles of the retaining pin and the main nozzle are corrected to make the weft insertion process smooth and smooth, reduce air consumption and improve production efficiency.
