Fujian Strives To Form 12 Hundred Billion Industrial Clusters In 5 Years.

Recently, the Fujian economic and Trade Commission issued the "Implementation Opinions on accelerating the construction of industrial cluster industrial bases and promoting industrial leapfrog development". It proposed that 12 hundred billion industrial clusters (bases) and 50 billion tier industrial clusters (bases) should be formed within 5 years, forming an important base for advanced manufacturing in the eastern coastal areas, and promoting Fujian's goal of becoming a strong industrial province.

Fujian province requires that 38 key industrial clusters and 21 growing industrial clusters and bases established by the adjustment and revitalization of industries should be fostered to accelerate the formation of comprehensive experimentation area in Pingtan and around the third capital of Hong Kong.

Fujian proposed that it should strive to form Meizhou Bay petrochemical industrial cluster in 5 years, Gure petrochemical industrial cluster, Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone electronic information industrial cluster, Fuqing Fuqing overseas Chinese Development Zone photoelectric display industrial cluster, Fuzhou metal deep processing industrial cluster, Changle textile and garment industry cluster, Quanzhou textile industrial cluster, Quanzhou sports goods industrial cluster and Jiangyin industrial concentration area, Fuzhou High-tech Zone, Taiwan Taiwan investment zone, Fuzhou Australia Industrial Park and so on 12 hundred billion industrial clusters (base).

To this end, Fujian has asked to push ahead with the implementation of the 950 key projects and the total investment of 580 billion yuan in the implementation plan for the adjustment and revitalization of key industries, especially the implementation of 113 key projects under construction with investment of more than 500 million yuan. 30 of the projects planned to be put into operation this year should focus on coordination and promotion.

Take the market to bring industry, and vigorously cultivate new strategic industries such as new energy, new materials, biology and new medicine, energy conservation, environmental protection, information network and marine economy, and strive to increase the output value of the six newly emerging industries by more than 25% annually during the "12th Five-Year" period, and quickly form a group of strategic emerging industrial clusters with independent core technology, a certain market scale and economic benefits.

Fujian will also promote high-level grafting with the central enterprises, and highlight 44 projects currently under construction, early stage and planned docking with central enterprises in Fujian Province, with a total investment of 182 billion 400 million yuan.

We should promote the deep docking of Fujian and Taiwan industries, and take industries such as steel, petrochemical, machinery, panel, agricultural products processing, producer services and other industries with new industries, such as new energy, electric vehicles, information networks, industrial design and high-end manufacturing as the focus of industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
