The high energy consuming enterprises that violate the orderly electricity consumption plan are mainly concentrated in Tongxiang, Haining, Xiuzhou and Jiaxing port areas.

Wang Wenhua, deputy chief economist and marketing director of the Jiaxing Electric Power Bureau, said that at present, Jiaxing has issued 22 rectification notices and 1 blackout notices to the high energy consuming enterprises violating the power consumption control plan (the sending target is Tongxiang Huafeng cement), and has sent 529 high energy consuming enterprises with sequential electricity messages.
The power consumption of the city is controlled by high energy consumption enterprises, and the maximum daily load reduction is more than 150 thousand kilowatts. The total electricity consumption of high energy consumption enterprises is reduced by more than 100 million kwh.
