It will formulate "one to one" support measures for enterprises, open up a green channel for inspection and quarantine, and provide training to deal with foreign footwear product laws and regulations and technical barriers to trade.

    At the same time, in the key control points such as R & D, raw material procurement, production links, temperature control, final product inspection, quality response mechanism, relevant measures are formulated for enterprises to strictly control quality.


    With the support of AQSIQ, second key export footwear laboratories in the country have been set up in Sichuan.

    The textile and Export Department of the entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau revealed that the laboratory is collecting samples for comparative tests. After 2 months' self calibration phase, the laboratory will provide technical research and development, product testing and other services.

    Before the export of Sichuan shoes, we need to carry out quality inspection in the field. Each batch of export products reaches tens of thousands of yuan. In the future, the inspection cost can be reduced to less than 1000 yuan.

    The provincial entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau said the laboratory could meet the requirements of product monitoring methods around the world.

    That is to say, in the future, shoes enterprises will get the export quality certification of Sichuan, which means that they get the export pass.


    With the support of the Provincial Bureau of small and medium enterprises, the footwear industry operation company in Western Sichuan integrates resources such as finance, guarantee, logistics and e-commerce, and sets up a social service platform for the footwear industry. It will provide free one-stop service for the enterprises in the pition period such as order, foreign trade, financing, settlement, material flow, exhibition, e-commerce and so on.
