Japanese Fashion Uprising " Future Aesthetics " British London Fashion Exhibition In Japan (Chart)

At the end of the twentieth Century, Japanese fashion designers had a profound influence on the development of fashion in the world. Lssey Miyake, Issey (Miyake), Wakubo Rei (Rei Kawakubo) and Yamamoto Teruji (Yohji Yamamoto) were the best.

They set up a new set of aesthetics and pformed fashion into art.

Unfortunately, their works rarely appear in art galleries.

In October 15th, the exhibition was called "Future Beauty". Besides showing 30 years of fashion in Japan, it also introduced the fashion design in Japan from 80s to now.

The whole exhibition was planned by Japanese historian and Fukai Akiko, director of Kyoto Costume Institute, and architect Fujimoto Sosuke was responsible for the venue design.

The exhibits include the design of Wakubo Rei's brand Comme des Gargons, Lssey Miyake and Yamamoto Teruji.

In addition, Wakubo Rei's door student, high skilled designer Watanabe Junya (Junya Watanabe), Jun Takahashi (Takahashi), new generation break through the traditional designer Cho yuan (Tao Kurihara), pill Longwen people (Fumito Ganryu) and brand Mintdesigns will also participate in it.

The exhibition will start from October 15th to February 6th next year. The opening hours will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Tuesday morning 11 to 6 p.m.; Thursday morning, 11 to 10 p.m.).
