Exhibition procedure

Exhibitors should fill in the exhibition contract and fill in the official seal, send it to the organizer's office by fax or copy before August 20, 2010, and remit the exhibition fee to the designated bank within 3 working days from the date of application.

After receiving the exhibition fee, the organizing office will send or fax the exhibition confirmation to the exhibitors, and arrange the booths according to the order.

The organizing committee will send the exhibitors manual to the exhibitors about a month or so before the session.
