Because of its unevenness, the yarn strength and twist irregularity of slub yarn are larger than conventional yarn. Therefore, it is more difficult to produce.

Therefore, the original yarn condition is very important.

1.1, slub yarn with cotton varieties 4 grade raw cotton content should not be less than 60%, yarn evenness and irregularity is guaranteed.

1.2. When testing the index of slub yarn, the strength irregularity is especially important except for the strength. Generally speaking, the lowest five strength average should be controlled below the average strength 100CN.

1.3, the twist coefficient is 20% higher than the normal yarn, but it should not be too large, otherwise the details will be broken.
