The Research Institute released the "2010 Hurun brand list". China Mobile ranked first in 267 billion yuan brand value.
Among them, 42 private brands are among the 100 most valuable Chinese brands. Tencent and Baidu respectively become the top two most valuable private brands in China with the brand value of 46 billion yuan and 43 billion yuan respectively.

The 42 private brands are among the 100 most valuable Chinese brands, and the Internet industry is the biggest winner of this year's private brands.
The total value of the 100 top brands increased by 70% over last year.
The top 4 remain the same as last year.
China Mobile has become the most valuable Chinese brand for four consecutive years with the brand value of 267 billion yuan, and the industrial and commercial bank, construction bank and Bank of China ranked second, third, fourth in terms of brand value of 245 billion yuan, 185 billion yuan and 140 billion yuan respectively.
The top 4 brands are worth over 100 billion yuan.
The threshold for the 100th place is 2 billion 500 million yuan, an increase of 1 billion 200 million yuan over last year.
Tencent and Baidu, for the first time, surpassed Ping An insurance with 46 billion yuan and 43 billion yuan brand value respectively, becoming the most valuable ones in China.

In the past five years, the ranking of Tencent and Baidu has been increasing every year. They were ranked nineteenth and thirty-seventh respectively five years ago.
Ping An insurance has relegated its brand value to 42 billion yuan this year.
In addition, Alibaba, together with Lenovo and BYD, entered the top ten of the 2010 Hurun private brand list in the eighth place.
The list of IT companies also includes fourth Haier and seventh Suning.
