Yesterday, mayor Zhao Yide chaired thirty-seventh executive meetings of the municipal government, and deliberated and passed the plan of pformation and upgrading of electrical, pump and valve, mould and shoe leather industry in principle.

According to the "electrical industry pformation and upgrading action plan (2010-2012) year", our city will build "International Electric City" as the overall goal, vigorously develop energy saving and environmental protection.

Electrical products promote the "high-end products, intensive management, brand differentiation, and chain internationalization" of the electrical industry to form a modern industrial cluster with international competitiveness.
By 2012, we will strive to break through the industrial output value of the whole industry by 100 billion yuan, and cultivate more than 2 enterprises with over 10 billion yuan and 4 or more enterprises over 5 billion yuan.
Pump valve industry is Wenzhou's characteristic advantage industry.
According to the "pump valve industry pformation and upgrading action plan", our city will focus on the development of nuclear power pump valves, marine pump valves, electronic control pump valves, as well as power, large-scale petrochemical, petroleum pipelines, coal liquefaction and metallurgy and other major projects supporting the construction of special special pump valve, and strive to 2015 above scale pump valve industrial output value of 35 billion yuan, and become one of the world's important pump and valve industrial base.
"The pformation and upgrading of the mold industry action plan" put forward that our city will rely on the existing industrial advantages and implement the four major projects of industrial upgrading, information construction, talent support, standardization and specialization, and promote the construction of mold innovation base.
By 2015, we will cultivate 3 leading enterprises of billion yuan or above, and achieve 15 billion yuan of industrial output value.

According to the implementation plan of pformation and upgrading of the shoe leather industry, our city will focus on upgrading the shoe industrial park, import the shoe material logistics market, further build the headquarters economy, encourage enterprises to increase scientific and technological innovation, speed up the construction of information technology, increase the development of energy saving and environmental protection projects, vigorously promote brand cultivation, develop their own brands, promote the innovation of marketing mode, accelerate the pace of integration and reorganization, and consolidate the foundation of product quality.
By 2012, the total industrial output value of Enterprises above Designated Size reached 97 billion yuan.
The meeting also deliberated and approved in principle the implementation of the regulations on the protection and management of the Wen Rui Tang River in Zhejiang Province, the revision of the general plan for the land use in Wenzhou (2006-2020), the opinions on Further Strengthening the work force, the implementation of the "11th Five-Year energy saving and consumption reduction campaign", the outline of the medium and long term talent development plan for Wenzhou (2010-2020), the development plan for the Industrial Development Zone of the Oujiang River Estuary in Wenzhou, and the measures for the management of motor vehicle parking in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang.
