In a media interview in Jinjiang, Quanzhou, President Ding Wu said that the group will increase the production line of children's products in the future. The goal is to set up 300 children's wear products stores within the year. The number of authorized retail stores will be maintained at an average annual growth rate of 600 to 800. In the industrial park, it will invest about 1 billion yuan (the same currency).

Ding Wu said that the new children's shoes and clothing brands had recorded more than 40 million yuan in the order meeting last September. In March this year, the large order meeting recorded 130 million yuan, and the products were expected to be put on shelves from 7 to September.
As of May, the group has 280 children's brand stores nationwide, with a target of 300 by the end of the year.
Children's brand business now accounts for 10% of the group's total sales and is expected to take three to five years to develop.
In the future, if we develop overseas markets, we will consider developing the Malaysia market first.
The first phase of the five Li Industrial Park has increased two production capacity of about 1 million 700 thousand pairs of shoes, and the production line has been extended and put into operation. At present, the industrial park's capacity input rate is 60%. The two phase adds two annual production capacity of 1 million 800 thousand garment production lines, which are expected to be put into operation in the second half of the year.
As of June, the group has 19 production lines, with an annual production capacity of about 16 million 200 thousand pairs of shoes and an annual output of 2 million 800 thousand garments.
Cai Minduan, chief financial officer, said the group was considering raising product prices.
In addition, due to the long winter in the mainland in recent years, in April, it had discussed with the strategic partners, signed and locked prices in advance, compared with the 17% and 10% increase in the price of footwear and clothing last year, he believes that the price increase will remain double-digit this year.
Ding Wu also said that the group aims to increase the number of shops to ten thousand in three years.
