    The southern national electrical appliance manufacturing University of Russia has studied the methods of measuring the noise proof performance of professional wear fabrics, calculated the public works, and developed an experimental device.


    The absorption of sound wave is directly related to material structure and thickness. Sound absorbing materials should have porous structure. The experimental device is a sealed metal box that separates the external sound. The device has two opposite parts and holes are opened. A hole is equipped with an electric loudspeaker. The oscillator generates a maximum repetition frequency of 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, and 3000 Hz, which produces the maximum repetitive sound pressure and the minimum sound pressure. Apart from 20mm, another hole opposite to the diameter of 15mm can be used to detect different fabrics. The noise signal power value of the fabric samples was measured by the noise meter, and the anti noise performance parameters of the fabric were obtained. The temperature of the experiment is 24 degrees and the air humidity is 82%. The device can detect the single layer cloth with specifications 100 * 100mm and also detect the multi-layer stacked blocks.
