    Article 1: the "Three Guarantees" period of footwear products: the "three pack" period of 50 yuan and 100 yuan (including 50 yuan) is valid for 30 days; the 100 "Yuan" (100 yuan) footwear "three pack" has an effective period of 90 days; and the footwear of the 300 yuan (including 300 yuan) footwear has an effective duration of the "lucky day".

    The validity period of "Three Guarantees" shall be calculated from the date of invoicing (including valid certificates).

    In the period of validity of the "three package", the consumer will return, replace and repair the goods by invoicing or "three package" vouchers.

    Fifth footwear products sold within 15 days from the date of sale, appear in the seventh of the present method of quality problems, consumers can choose to replace or repair.

    When replacing, the operator shall exchange the same type of products with the same specifications free of charge for the consumers. If there is no product of the same type or specification, and the consumer is unwilling to exchange other products, the operator shall return the goods according to the requirements of the consumers, and shall not collect depreciation fees.

    Tenth replacement shoes, the "Three Guarantees" period of validity will be recalculated from the date of replacement, and the operator will provide a new three card or a replacement seal on the original three card and indicate the date of replacement.


    In the sixth "three pack" period, where the footwear is located in the province, the operator shall repair it within 7 working days from the date of receiving the repaired commodity. The place of origin outside the province shall be repaired within 20 working days and shall not be charged any fees.

    The operator shall record truthfully the date of repair, the time of repair and the location of repair on the "Three Guarantees" certificate.

    The operator has not repaired within the prescribed time limit, and the consumer should be compensated according to the standard 2% of the invoice price per day of the delay (the maximum compensation fee should not exceed the invoice price of the commodity), otherwise the consumer may choose to replace it.

    The warranty period of footwear products shall be deducted from the time taken for maintenance and the period of validity of the "Three Guarantees" will be extended according to the time of deduction.


    The seventh is to repair the goods, we must ensure the quality of repair.

    If we want to change the original process for repair, we must obtain the consumer's prior consent.


    During the period of validity of the eighth "Three Guarantees", which is still not able to be used normally after two repairs, the operator shall be responsible for changing or returning the goods according to the requirements of the consumers.


    The ninth article is controversial about the quality of footwear, which needs to be sent to the relevant quality inspection departments for testing or identification. The cost of testing or identification should be paid by the operator first, and the consumer will provide equal guarantee, which will ultimately be borne by the responsible party.


    In the tenth case, the "three packages" shall not be applied to the following circumstances, and the operator may charge for repairs.

    1, when sales mark "defective" or "inferior goods" with quality defects; 2, sales and other vouchers are not in conformity with or altered with their products; 3, laws and regulations stipulate the exemption from the "three package" liability.


    Footwear "Three Guarantees" will be abolished in the near future


    In view of the fact that the "three package" of the footwear has been seriously ill adapted to the current situation, the consumer association has conducted a relevant investigation, and has subsequently proposed to abolish it to the relevant government departments.
