India'S Initial Anti-Dumping Decision Against China'S Fiberglass And Its Products
In June 2, 2010, India made an initial anti-dumping decision on glass fiber and its products originating in China (see table below).
The customs code for the products involved is 7019.
In this case, Chinese enterprises responding include (1) Jushi Group Co Ltd (hereinafter also referred to as Jushi, Tongxiang).
(2) China Building Materials International Trade Co., Ltd. (CNBM International Corporation);
(3) Jushi Group Jiujiang Co Ltd., Jiujiang.
(4) Changzhou new Changhai glass fiber products Co., Ltd. (Changzhou New Changhai Fiberglass Co. Ltd. ("NCH"));
(5) Jiangsu Changhai composite material Limited by Share Ltd (Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials Holding Co Ltd (OCH));
(6) Jushi Group Chengdu Co Ltd., Chengdu.
(7) Taishan Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. (Taishan Fiberglass Inc. (CTG or the Company) (CTG or the Company));
(8) Taishan glass fiber Zoucheng Co., Ltd. (Taishan Fiberglass Zoucheng Co., Ltd. ("Zoucheng", the Company));
(9) Sinoma Jin Jin Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. (Sinoma Jinjing Fiber Glass Co Ltd.);
(10) Shandong Aste New Materials Co Ltd (Shandong Aste New Materials Co Ltd.);
(11) China National Materials Industry Import & Export Corporation (Sinoma Import & Export, the the).
(12) Shandong Taishan Pi Dio Saz glass fiber products Co., Ltd. (Shandong Taishan-PDO Glass Fiber Products Co., Ltd. ("PDO", the Company);
(13) Zibo PPG Sinoma Jinjing Fiber Glass Company, Ltd..
(14) Sinoma Jin Jin Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. (Sinoma Jinjing Fiber Glass Co., Ltd.);
(15) Chongqing International Composites company (Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation (CPIC)).
However, in this case, no Chinese enterprises have received the treatment of market economy. The India Ministry of Commerce and industry is based on the structural price as the basis for calculating the normal value of China's products.
