    The calculation method is based on the enthalpy entropy diagram (table) of the boiler outlet steam and hot water temperature and pressure, and calculates the enthalpy of each kilogram minus the heat enthalpy of feed water (or return water), and calculates the quantity of steam or hot water that is actually produced by the boiler (readout flow meter).

    If some enterprises do not have a flow chart of steam or hot water, if there is no enthalpy entropy diagram (table), they can be estimated by the following methods:


    (1) during the reporting period, the amount of water supplied by the boiler, such as emission reduction and pollution, will be used as the output of steam or hot water.


    (2) hot water is calculated by 20 thousand cards per kilogram enthalpy under closed cycle supply. For example, when the open circuit is supplied, the enthalpy of each kilogram is calculated by 70 thousand cards (the outlet temperature is 90 C, and the return water temperature is 20 C).


    (3) saturated vapor, pressure 1-2.5 kilogram / square centimeter, the heat enthalpy of 127 degrees above the temperature is 620 thousand calories, the pressure 3-7 kilogram / square centimeter, the temperature 135 degrees -165 degrees Celsius enthalpy 630 thousand card.

    The pressure is 8 kg / square centimeter, the temperature is above 170 C and the steam per kilogram is calculated by 640 thousand cards.


    (4) superheated steam, pressure 150 kg / square centimeter, heat enthalpy per kilogram: below 200 degrees Celsius according to 650 thousand card calculation, 220 C -260 centigrade according to 680 thousand card, 280 centigrade -320 centigrade according to 700 thousand card, 350 degrees -500 centigrade according to 700 thousand card calculation.

    2, the calculation unit of "steam" and "hot water" in the conversion energy conversion coefficient of thermal units "1000 kcal" and "standard coal" is "1000 kcal", but the "basic situation table" (energy consumption) "steam" calculation unit is "steam ton", and the "hot water" calculation unit of other energy consumption (standard coal) is "ton", so it needs further conversion to meet the requirements of the "basic situation table".     3, the calorific value of electric power usually has two kinds of calculation methods: one is calculated according to the theoretical calorific value, and the other is calculated according to the coal consumption of thermal power generation.

    Each method has its own uses.

    The theoretical calorific value is calculated on the basis of the equivalent of 860 kilowatt calories or 0.1229 kilograms of standard coal.

    According to the calculation of coal consumption of thermal power generation, each year is different. In order to facilitate comparison, the National Bureau of statistics will fold 0.404 kilograms of standard coal per kilowatt hour as the standard of coal conversion in the future.
