After special processing, it is crushed into nanometer ultrafine powder and then added into viscose to spin functional fibers.

Another kind of bamboo fiber belongs to (polyester) bamboo fiber. The production method is to add bamboo charcoal superfine powder into the polyester chip and melt it through spinning process. Although (polyester) bamboo charcoal fiber is stronger than viscose bamboo charcoal fiber, based on bamboo charcoal fiber has some characteristics of bamboo charcoal, from the adsorption and antibacterial properties, (viscose) bamboo charcoal fiber is far superior to (polyester based) bamboo charcoal fiber, the main reason is viscose fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber, (viscose) bamboo charcoal fiber is dispersed by the bamboo charcoal powder with hollow and grooved structure to reflect the characteristics of bamboo charcoal.
