Dyeable Polypropylene Fiber -- A Highlight Of Fiber Industry
Designers of many outdoor sports brands in Europe and America have been trying to find new materials, and always pay attention to any trend in the fiber industry.
Now, a new type of fiber has gathered their eyes - dyeable polypropylene fiber.
CoolVisions fiber is officially launched to the market by Fiber Visions.
Prior to this, it has been seen in the annual international outdoor sports exhibition (OR show), and immediately attracted the attention of the industry.
Polypropylene fiber has always been an ideal material for outdoor sportswear because of its excellent lightweight, quick drying, heat preservation and natural antibacterial functions.
But its biggest defect, which can not be dyed, is the biggest constraint on its application.
For many years, the fiber industry has never given up efforts to develop dyeable polypropylene.

In this spring's outdoor retail exhibition in Salt Lake City, the company has exhibited knitted sports shirts, mountaineering stockings, thermal underwear, shirts and so on made of CoolVisions fiber.
Susan said: "because CoolVisions fiber collection has many advantages, it is almost suitable for the various fields of garment fabrics."
When asked about the current market feedback of the fiber, Susan said: "it can be disclosed that the leading brand The North Face will have a flannelette shirt series using CoolVisions fiber in the spring of 2010, and the rest of the brands will surprise the market in the coming 10 autumn and winter."
Su Zhuying, sales director of China textile sales department, said that he has formed strategic partnership with many domestic spinning, knitting and dyeing enterprises.
At the same time, we welcome more well-known enterprises to participate in cooperation. "At present, we have been able to supply yarn from the mainland to the local market as well as Taiwan, Vietnam and other regions.
The complete industrial chain in China has already taken shape, "he said.
