    The main undertaking unit of R & D and industrialization of finishing equipment is the "high efficiency multifunctional cutting machine technology development" project, which is included in the key technology innovation project of Zhejiang province. ME716, ME810 and MB402 three products are included in the provincial new product trial production plan. MB426, MA477 and other products are awarded two of the city's technological progress, four patent applications for inventions and utility models have been approved and funded by national and local science and technology funds.


    In the past two years, the company has successfully developed ME815 type high-speed hair raising machine, MB826 type high efficiency wool raising machine, ME509 precision shearing machine and ME521 type hot shear joint machine. Besides, MF921 type high efficiency yarn singeing machine and ME715B type wide width grinding machine have entered the design stage.

On the basis of integrated marketing resources, the company gradually integrated marketing, technical services, equipment and accessories together, established a large service marketing mechanism, straightened out the internal relationship of marketing center, enhanced the overall ability of marketing center and market expansion ability.

    At the same time, the company also set up sales outlets in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, strengthened the function of Foshan office, further narrowed the distance from customers, and promoted sales of mainframe, equipment and accessories.


    Haining textile machinery further improves the internal contracting mode and incentive mechanism.     In the face of the severe test that nearly 100 products need to be completed in a month, the Haining textile machinery factory has actively changed the production plan management mechanism and optimized the organization, implementation and balance of the plan through timely communication with the marketing department.

    At the same time, the company also set up a quick response workforce, bringing the market to the scene, the staff enthusiasm is high, voluntarily give up the rest day, and work overtime, not only to meet the needs of the general customers, but also to meet the needs of customization and restructuring.
