On the same day, the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce received a report from the inspection detachment that the men's casual shoes sold in a shop in Xiang Bin Road violated the manufacturer's exclusive right to use the registered trademark.

The law enforcement officers quickly inspected the shop and found that men's casual shoes marked with registered trademarks were placed on the shelves and warehouses of the store.

There is no Chinese logo on the carton packaging of these shoes, nor does it indicate the name, site and place of production of the shoes.

For those shoes suspected of infringing upon the exclusive rights of registered trademarks, the law enforcement officers of industry and Commerce have temporarily withheld them and filed the cases for further investigation and treatment.
