2010 16 Signing Designers In China Textile Design Center
In May 5th, the China Textile Design Center, which has received much attention from the industry, held a designer meeting in Beijing headquarters. A total of 16 excellent fashion designers from Beijing participated in the meeting and signed a letter of intent with the China Textile Design Center.
At the meeting, Zhang Shangnan, the designer of the China Textile Design Center, introduced the design of the whole project, the direction of development, the mode of operation and the way of cooperation to the participants. Yu Minjing, general manager of China Textile Design Center, answered the questions posed by the designers.
Yu Minjing said that China Textile Design Center has aroused the heavy burden of the development of the industry.
China's garment industry is changing from manufacturing to creativity, while many domestic designers are facing great pressure on survival and development.
China Textile Design Center not only opened up channels for market promotion for designers' products, but also provided a good platform for designers' development through designers' training and all-round interaction between upstream and downstream industrial chains.
At the event, everyone spoke freely and showed great interest and recognition of the project.
Wang Xiaona, chief designer of Ji Yao Shijia (Beijing) Garments Co., Ltd., said that designers have been fighting alone for many years and faced many difficulties. The emergence of the China Textile Design Center project has solved the most intractable problems of designers, such as the supply of accessories, the lack of popular information, and so on, so that designers can focus more on design.
With the growing strength of China Textile Design Center, its team of designers has grown stronger. At present, nearly 80 designers have formed a professional team, covering women's clothing, men's clothing, leather goods, accessories and other fields of clothing design.
