Among them, the units with green cards can be given priority in arranging environmental protection special funds, clean production demonstration projects, circular economy pilot projects and other financial subsidy projects; those who apply for listing or refinancing can give priority to environmental verification or enjoy preferential policies; open up "green passageways" when key pollutants discharge units apply for approval of relevant projects; give priority to recommendation in all kinds of evaluation.
