According to the clues provided by netizens, search for INBEILIN brand on Google UK website found only 7 results, while only 9 results were found on Google Germany website. During the search, the website of the company was not found. Only on the website of a clothing company named "Go Dirk Bea" was there a message from Xin Berlin, which showed that Go Dirk Bea was the distributor of Xin Bailin. In addition, another public information shows that Xin Bailin and Beijing Yingjie garments and Garments Co., Ltd. were founded by a man named Ge Shuxian.

The reporter then inquired the China Trademark online, and found that the owner of the INBERLIN trademark was Ge Shuxian and Xiamen Tat Ya Fashion Co., Ltd. the Chinese trademark translated by Ge Shuxian was "Xin Bailin", while the Chinese translation of the trademark of Xiamen Tat Ya Fashion Co., Ltd. was "Berlin," and the head of the company also told reporters that they had no connection with the Xin Bailin brand sold on the Beijing market.

From the date of application and announcement, Ge Shuxian proposed that the application date of Xin Berlin's Chinese trademark is October 10, 2002. The registration announcement date is August 7, 2004, and the validity period will be from the date of registration announcement to August 6, 2014. The date of application of the English trademark INBERLIN in China is November 29, 2002, and the date and validity period of the registration notice are not displayed. The message in the remarks column shows that the trademark is invalid.

However, on the website of the UK Intellectual Property Office, the reporter found that the application date for the INBERLIN brand was June 12, 2003, and the registration announcement date was December 12, 2003. Its brand owner is "BicesterLimit ed", that is, the company. From the time sequence of application, Xin Bailin's application date in China is earlier than that in Britain. After querying the website of China Trademark network and the UK Intellectual Property Office, the daily economic news reporter found that a total of 28 trademarks were registered with Ge Shu Hsien's name, of which 24 belong to twenty-fifth categories, namely, clothing and shoes and caps. On the website of the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom, reporters also found 11 of these trademarks. The registered categories were also twenty-fifth categories, and the application dates were later than the date of application in China, but the holders were BST company.

The registered capital is 500 thousand yuan, and the legal representative is Ge Minqin. The business scope is selling clothing, shoes, hats, knitwear, daily necessities, handicrafts, etc. the registration date is June 20, 2003, and the operation period is June 19, 2013. Previously, an open source showed that Yingjie was a private enterprise running high-end men's clothing, founded in 1996, founder Ge Shuxian. The information also revealed that the company is a typical family business, with important positions being managed by Ge Shuxian's relatives, and their second brother Ge Songlin and three younger brother Ge Xianglin are holding important positions in the company.
