    I can not look at tens of thousands of dollars to lose all. In the meantime, I calmly analyze the reasons for the failure of this investment:


    1, do not find a real low price product, price advantage can not be maintained.


    2, product quality is not guaranteed.


    3, the first purchase too much, resulting in product backlog. Funds can not be quickly returned to the cage.


    The problem was found, and I quickly worked out a solution.


    1, the rapid backlog of products, do not seek money, just as soon as possible to recover the funds.


    2, the ultra-thin Walkman market is very large, and choose a company that has an absolute advantage in price and a quality guarantee company.


    If I want to sell the product as soon as possible, I can only take the initiative to attack. I found a university and put a table on the doorway and shouted: "the big sale of the Walkman, 300 yuan a!" is really effective, and the college students who came in and went to it all at once.

    Because "300 yuan" at that time the absolute low price, took the money to pay immediately, did not bring money to borrow money from classmates, and ran to the bank to withdraw money.

    I shouted to them, "no after-sale service!" guess what they say? "It's bad for us to repair ourselves!" these kids are crazy!


    The first problem is solved.

    Less than an hour, more than 60 machines sold out and recovered twenty thousand yuan.

    Although I have lost a lot, I finally have the capital to make a comeback.


    Then, I inspected the large and small Walkman manufacturers: the big company's products are good, the price is high, not my small cost can do business; the small company is cheap, but the quality is also the time of imagination, such products can only give themselves trouble, can not choose; the real and cheap products, from those for big Brand Company to make the OEM production of enterprises, their own brand, cheap and cheap.


    However, these companies have no interest in my request for agency.

    They are mainly OEM, and their own brands are very few. After they are made, they are quickly stolen by good dealers. Where are there products for me?


    The new difficult problem has come out again. How can we get the product? At that time, I even rushed out of white hair.

    The opportunity was finally caught by me. At a friend's party, a new friend said he had a classmate who was the Department Manager of a company in my choice.

    I was so excited when I heard the news. I chatted with my friend until 3 at midnight.

    After that, I went down to Shenzhen with my friend, drinking and eating several times.

    I had a good understanding of his classmates and got 50 super slim walkmen of high quality, with a price of less than 300 yuan per unit.

    Moreover, the Department Manager assured me how much I wanted after that, so long as they had, try to satisfy me.


    After I returned to Shijiazhuang, I hurriedly worked out a sales plan to prepare for a brilliant campaign.

    The scene of the last sale at the university gate appeared in my mind.

    Any product has its product cycle. When it is in recession, it must find substitutes as soon as possible so as to keep profits from declining.

    After the ultra thin Walkman, my products have changed for generations with fashion trends.

    From the short-lived CD machine to the lightweight MP3 to the stereoscopic concept of MP4, I always stand on the cusp of the trend of electronic products.

    The most important thing is that I have entered the circle of producing OEM products, and everything is convenient to take. The product is constantly upgrading, and business is still the same.

    If I have said so much, I should sum up my experience.


    1, products should be selected in the current fashion.


    2, the price of the product is less than half the average selling price of the similar products in the market, so that we can have the capital to fight the price war.


    3, the quality of products must be guaranteed.

    Selling inferior goods is asking for trouble.


    4, the sales way should be flexible, take the initiative to attack and adopt a low overhead way to ensure the maximum profit.


    5, do short-term products, do not act as agents of a company.


    6, do not give up when faced with difficulties.

    For example: sometimes we do not sell at the school gate or on the street. We look for some shops in the school or some shops on the street to cooperate with them. Actually, this way is better.


    7, we must have confidence in ourselves and do what we see, so as to avoid losing opportunities.
