However, "car1971" said that the address on the Alipay page changed, and sent another address to the war lady through chat tool.

After the delivery of the "new address" provided by "car1971", the war lady never saw the payment account confirm receipt.

Later, the payment account was applied for refund on the grounds of not receiving the goods.

Through the website query, the lady knows that the account is not "car1971" at all.

Payment account number owner Liu said he released the purchase information for a down jacket in a forum. A seller found him through a chat tool, said he had the goods and the price was favorable, and asked Liu to provide his Alipay account to create pactions for payment.

"In this way, the buyer paid the money and the seller sent the goods, but the goods finally arrived in the middle of the swindlers."

Alipay official said that the new third party fraud has a certain degree of concealment.

The trick used by a cheater is to get the buyer to pay the seller through the online chat tool and get the seller to deliver the goods to the seller (that is, the fraud party), which leads the buyer to pay the goods without payment, and the seller can not receive the payment.
