Team Maturity Must Be In The "Four Internal" Stage.

Fourth stages of team growth: Inner Sage
At this time, the team has unified thinking, unified voice and unified action. Everyone has initiative, cooperation and assistance in dealing with work. The main task of this stage is to enhance everyone's ability and decentralization.
