Selection methods:

1. preliminaries: the jury awarded 24 finalists to the final from the color renderings of the entries.

2. Finals: the organizing committee provides a subsidy fee of $2000 for each finalist. After the completion of the production, the contestants will bring their garments to Changshu for finals and awards.

The finalists are responsible for the pportation and accommodation of the finalists (only the players themselves, while the overseas contestants are only responsible for the domestic traffic). The organizing committee is responsible for the final evaluation. Finally, 10 players are selected for the finals.

The finalist works are shown on the spot of the model. The gold medal, the silver medal, the bronze medal and the individual award are awarded by the jury.

Incentives:

The 1 gold prize is 200 thousand yuan.

Silver Award 2 bonus 100 thousand yuan / person;

The bronze prize 3 bonus 50 thousand yuan / person;

Excellence award 10 bonus 5000 yuan / person.

Single award: 5

The best technology award is 1, and the bonus is 30 thousand yuan / person.

The best fabric utilization award is 1, and the bonus is 30 thousand yuan / person.

The most promising rookie prize is 3, with a bonus of 20 thousand yuan / person.

All the above bonus amount is pre tax, and personal income tax is paid by the sponsor.

Guide to competition:

1. the gender, age, educational background, nationality and nationality are not restricted.

Both domestic and foreign professional fashion designers and professional teachers and students can participate in the competition.

2. the entries are composed of 4 sets of garments. Men's wear and women's wear are not restricted. They can also exist in a group at the same time. They have a sense of wholeness and conform to the theme and purpose of the contest design.

3. participants provided the following documents:

L color renderings of a series of garments.

The size is 27cm * 40cm, and the top left side of the renderings shows the title of the work.

L style structure chart.

Design theme notes and design ideas, and attach small fabric samples to the bottom right side.

L application form (attached with a color photo).

L copy of my ID card (positive and negative);

4. the manuscript will not be returned. Please keep the draft from the bottom. The participants and the nominees must submit the entries according to the time limit stipulated by the Organizing Committee of the competition, and those who are overdue will not accept or be disqualified from the competition.

5. the finalist garments will be issued. The organizing committee will inform the contestants to make the specifications for their ready-made garments.

6. entries must be original design works that I have never participated in before.

Two people are allowed to make joint efforts.

No one can submit multiple copies and plagiarize others' works. Once discovered, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the qualification of violators.

The list and effect picture of the shortlisted players, the winners of the finals and the works will be publicized by the authoritative media such as textile and clothing weekly.

7. the winners must attend the rehearsal and publicity activities according to the schedule of the organizing committee.

8. the copyright of all entries will be owned by the organizing committee.

The organizing committee has the right to propagandize, brand implanting, publishing, publishing, performing and organizing related industries to use all kinds of entries, and to use pictures and images in any form without paying any fee.

9. all participants' information (including personal information) must be true and effective; if they find false ones, they will be disqualified.

10. the final interpretation power of this competition will belong to the 2010 "Changshu clothing City Cup" Organizing Committee of the second China leisure wear design elite Grand Prix.
