Party A hereby entrusts Party B to provide agency services. After consultations between Party A and Party B, we hereby agree on the responsibilities and related matters of both parties as follows:

4, Party A shall pay the agency fee in full and on time, in accordance with the agreed conditions. If the payment is not made according to the agreed time, the penalty shall be paid according to the prescribed amount of agency fee.

Four. Obligations and responsibilities of Party B:

Seven, if there is any dispute in the performance of the agreement, the two parties should resolve it through consultation. If negotiation fails, it can be settled through litigation or arbitration.

Eight. This Agreement shall become effective after signature by both parties' legal representatives and the official seal of the company.

Nine. This agreement is made in two copies. Each party holds one copy and has the same legal effect.

Ten. Matters not covered by this agreement can be signed separately by mutual agreement.
