3. main production equipment

With anchor stirrer and jacket heating enamel (stainless steel) polymerization kettle, emulsification kettle, mixing stirred jacket distiller, vacuum pump, high position metering drop tank, condenser, receiver slot and so on.

4.生產(chǎn)操作方法

In the stirred tank with stirred and reflux condensate, put polycaprolactone 34kg, TDI48.4kg, two lauric acid two tin and a little, at 55~60 degrees Celsius, react 2.5h, add acetone, polyether, ethylene glycol, react 1.5h, add ethylenediamine acrylate, continue to react 1H, add strong distilled water under strong mixing, and emulsify to show blue light emulsion, remove acetone under decompression, get qualified products.

The product is cross-linked polyurethane water emulsion, anionic.

After finishing, leather and accessories have thin coating, soft and plump handle, smooth and smooth grain, bright and natural, strong leather sense, and improved scratch resistance, dry and wet rubbing, flexural resistance, solvent resistance and weathering resistance.
