Forming Method For Leather Upper

Leather upper molding method is first made of a mold that contains the actual shape of leather upper, and the mold is heated to 100-140 degrees. Then a single leather upper is placed on the mold and pressed and closed, and then stripped and removed. The essence of the leather upper is that the leather upper is rapidly heated, rapidly stretched, deformed and pressed, and then molded at high temperature. When the mold is released, the leather upper has been changed into a leather upper with high quality and fastness. The leather upper can maintain the stability of the shaping quality in the subsequent shoemaking process.
